INNprovements to the Inn

While I love The Betty Boyle Inn it has a bit of a problem that I'm not too big a fan of.

You see when I look out the window there is a view of the water, which is unrealistic considering where it stands in pirate port.

I know increasing the size of the base plate can't be done due to it allowing players to go out of bounds of the building but I know a way to fake it.


Simply recolor the "fake chaos water" mesh to be grassy and then make it big enough to go out of bounds far enough to give the illusion of the world being seamless.
I'm tempted to do this myself but I know saving over default maps (not counting lighted) is a big no no.
