Display Name Selection

I'm not going to search through these hundreds of threads to see if I'm just repeating a suggestion so I apologize in advance if I am.

Of course I have a lot of suggestions, most that have already been said, but the one that really sticks out is: make Local chat display character names. Usernames can still be an option as that's the default selection for any Impressive Title game. I'd like to be able to toggle between character name and username.
It might be a safety thing so reports are much easier to file but I'm just putting it out there.
