    Start with taking everything out of your my_content/preset folder and put it on your desktop or whatever so it's actually the server version...

    The fact that the template file doesn't have a file ending means you have those turned off, so the .material and .png should probably be deleted...

    Error means you don't have directx 9 installed that or you need to update your graphic card's drivers
