    You have to figure out what software you have that is blocking it. version.txt thing forces an update, but you can't update.

    Well something on your computer is blocking it, the fact that you have the same problems with other games makes that pretty clear. Try right click...

    It's being blocked in some way. Most likely your anti-virus or firewall that's doing it

    Solved Can't Download

    Means your download is incomplete. Your connection probably cut out before the download was complete, just try again.

    cheating?

    It's a bug with the anti cheat which I'm going to look into. The more info I have the better. Did you buy/sell any items before it happened?
