Solved Program can't start, missing MSVCP100.dll

Whenever I try and open DOE a little error message pops up saying that it can't open due to a missing MSVCP100.dll file.

I have tried to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) as suggested on the download page for this area, but when I attempt to install it, it comes up with another error message saying that I can't install it until I've solved the problem of
"A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine."

Is there anything I can do to change this? I know nothing about computers. :/

Edit: Do not fear, I fixed it by uninstalling all my Microsoft Visual Packages after 2010 and including the 2010 versions, and I was able to fix it. ^.^
