Preset not showing in game, why?

I did everything that tutorial said, but preset isn't showing in game.

 

1. I changed the material file (username_charactername, like so..)
2. Then i did the textures (head, eyes, ect.)
3. I layered fur texture on on other textures (in gimp. Also it was fur5, because i was creating a horse preset)
4. Then i added some effects.
