Odd marking placement?

Just as a fair heads up- I don't touch/edit the markings. This is an odd glitch that seemed to only happen to my own game files while others see it as perfectly fine

The markings one- no matter which I choose, seemed to have moved. And as you can see they still work but they are put in an odd position.


I did remove the old version file and reload to make a new one, but that didn't seem to change anything.

If any one knows a solution I'd like to hear some suggestions- again I don't normally mess with these kinds of files- if anything it usually objects not player models
