    Just a little update to fix some things and stuff!

    -Arctic Foxes should be much more plentiful in Alpine Mountains
    -Foxes, Arctic Foxes and Parrots are now available in the pet shop!
    -Added some new markings by @Zaroque
    -Fixed the texture for the Neon Crow Skull Necklace

    I'm seeing players have trouble with the new markings
    Like say I wear the new body marks and my friend can't see them.
    The reverse happens when they wear the new head markings.
    That is an odd but that needs a patch.

    The swirly ones that are kind of like smoke? Those only seem to work for the player wearing them, they are invisible to other players.
