    This goat-esque being has a staff and a leaf on its tail. Its a merchant or something. : ' )
    I got an idea while thinking "black sheep, black sheep, have you any wool?" which I will be turning into art pieces ONE DAY. or maybe now since i should get to more painting with india ink!
    EDIT/
    The High Plains merchant is a shop keep. They may be in Solucida or something of the sort, since they are nomadic in nature and what they look like. Besides that i have absolutely no fucking clue aha.

    This is a really neat design, it would fit in perfectly if I saw it in a television cartoon. It has very recognisable features, especially the head.
