Help please..

I meet a problem during the connection on the game, I am told that my identifier or my password is not good, but it is good what I put during my registration. I shall like having a little of help, thank you:/.

 

I used to encounter this problem with other IT servers, sometimes the problem solved itself, sometimes it was a connectivity issue, according to the site announcements, but I am uncertain if that is what is happening.
Is nothing misspelled? Are you using the password that you use for your forum account?
Are you logging in with your (in-game) username "freedom," and so forth? Did you try changing your password, waiting a few minutes, then restarting? Re-downloading usually works if all else fails.
