Game Won't Open?

    Hey, I'm new to this game and I just downloaded it. When I try and click on the game it only brings up a black box, then disappears. This has happened before when I was downloading a different game. I just re-downloaded that one and it worked, but this one won't work when I do that. Please help, I really want to play!
