[CS & OS] Hyperdragons & Sugar Imps

These are Hyperdragons ! They're colored pure neon, the tail's thagomizer is customizable, as well as the horns. They have 2-3 horns only, and never less than 2 unless one is broken. Here's mine, named Heartbleed;

Heartbleed is an example of their colors too, pure unadultured neon! White is acceptable too, but no blacks or greys.


Sugar imps are the open species, free to make, and if I have time I have a template to create yours on. Their colors aren't hindered, though its preferable to be colorful (blacks/greys are allowed)!


Dusk was one of the first to actually be called a sugar imp. They can be based on sweets or just things in general.
