Create Character failed?

    Hey, I've been having this issue all morning and I cant understand why. Everytime I go to create or edit a character it says it failed and no matter what I do. (reinstall and such) it wont change. I can still delete character s though and I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so knows howto fix it.

    Does an error message pop up? if so, can you screenshot and post it please?

    No, no error message pops up save the "Create Character failed" message.

    I used to have a problem of character creation "time-outs". Which, unless I saved in spastic bursts, it'd delete the changes.

    Honestly, I can only ask if your internet has problems? Otherwise, I don't have a clue.
