Like could I hook up a controller and then get it to work that way?

I have an NES controller and I think that has enough buttons to play this game. (no it's not a normal NES controller, it's one for computers XD)

I wouldn't think it's compatible but most likely possible.

It would help if this controller came with instructions on how to use it with games. XD

DoE doesn't need too many buttons, whatever I would need would be the mouse.

    moving is the D-pad
    Skills is A
    Going back to attack B
    Esc can be Start
Idk what Select would be mapped to, Tab?

You know how rad that would be?
I do remember some one being able to play this game on a tablet but they must have had limited movements.
But having to play with controllers, on a big screen fight critters hooha that would be amazing >8O

    I agree with you Snugg,
Having the option would surely be astonishing.

See? this is what I've been trying to do!

I hear the brand of controller I have doesn't work on windows ten but I can sure as hell try to get it to work just to say "I played an IT sever with an NES controller"

No IT sever has done that, not even the most popular.
Heck not even Feralheart, though that could be due to the source code being lost.

I think the problem is that fully 3D games like this can be laggy and crash a lot on mobile, that and this game uses an odd engine that I'm not sure would work in app form.

Oh, I'm not talking just about mobile phones / tablets, I also mean consoles! Hey, who knows, maybe we'll find someone who programs the game to work on one? : D

At this present time, I only use a tablet or phone either when I work or contact a friend via message.
As much as I think it would be extraordinary to have Dawn of Eternity accessed using the app store I find it unlikely to happen.

It would be pretty cool to have a live chat function, too. People who want to speak with mics can, and if you don't, you can turn off the mic and just type. And private maps could have the option to allow microphone chat or not. I don't mind typing, but sometimes it can get a little tricky when a group is taking down some big prey. And there could also be parties that could only hear each other if you're in a private conversation. Just a thought that the console gameplay made me think of.
