Broken Bangle Set

I'm trying to make a preset where I have 4 bangles using the same texture, to save on item room I bought the silver bangle set but only one is being edited.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem or what I did wrong please let me know, though I have a theory this issue is tied to the same reason the bangle set has a broken preview.​
