ability to change keyboard controls setting

I hope I'm not asking too much, but a few other games I've played had the ability to change which keys acted out which function and I think it would be good if Dawn of Eternity also had this ability.

For example when flying/swimming, moving up is Spacebar and moving down is Ctrl.
Some people have bigger keyboards and are completely fine with that. However, I play on a small laptop keyboard and having your thumb on the spacebar and your pinkie on the ctrl button is somewhat awkard.
And in F1 Mode, having to click to attack works fine for some people, but since I don't have a mouse on the laptop, only a touchpad, it's hard to use F1 mode since it contains a lot of clicking and I've jammed my touchpad down before from clicking to much in another game. And maybe other players would like to personalize the controls to suit them too.

So I'd think it would be fantastic if there were some way in which each player can modify the controls to suit their needs! Thanks for reading!

I use F1 mode for when I want to use backflips and stomps and for attacking orcas because sometimes the automatic tracking takes a long time before you can hit them

 

For now getting a mouse would help your situation A LOT. I also have a laptop, but I bought a mouse with the laptop. Logitech is pretty good, but if it stops look at the battery, don't open it, kinda just rub your hands on there and it works for me. But, if it doesn't work after a little bit of that, then it needs a new battery most likely.
