What's the deal with the fake chaos water?

    Snug and I were in Chaos one day and I wanted to show off how fast you healed in water so we went over by the waterfall only to find no ripples.

    What's the point of the fake water when you can just code real water there?

    Is it symbolism for how chaotic the map Chaos is?
    Was it a placeholder that the map maker forgot to replace?
    Did they just hope no one would notice?

    What are you guy's theories.

    Maybe it's blood... DUN DUN DUUUUUUUN!!!!
    I like the Ocean the best for healing demonstration. It's got lots of creatures that can punch you and it has nice shallow water you can lie in.

    I believe this wasn't purposely done. Most likely a simple mistake that should be fixed in further updates.

    On the contrary, Chaos was only recently remastered in order to place all the water in rhe first place. Some one went out and made, coded, and placed this fake water texture. I believe it is made in order to place "water" if coding the original becomes a challenge

    Eh not really, swimming to land and to the top of the water takes a bit.

    Because it's a nifty map making trick that was done intentionally. There's a cave underneath and hidden away.. maybe i hid it too well?

    If a actual water plane was placed, you'd be swimming in the cave, rather then being able to use it properly.

    Wow you're right, I never knew that cave was there!

    That is a smart trick, I knew there HAD to be a reason for that fake water to be there.
