That city over in the desert is a little empty, I have ideas

    I already forgot what it's called but there's only one city in the game that's in a desert so

    What I'm thinking is, maybe there can be NPCs just wandering the streets. There would be a very low limit to how many there can be out at a time of course, so there would actually be tons and tons of citizens that have a chance to spawn in (no duplicates) but only, say, 20 can be there at a time. Some of them would have little miniquests, others would be praisable pups, and there would even be a few traveling merchants around.

    But then there would be some NPCs that only appear very rarely. These ones would be things like...black market jackal selling illegal/stat-boosting goods and rare/overpowered skills and pets, a fortune teller who will give you an extremely rare item that boosts certain stats if you collect new supplies for her, a little pup who wants you to bring him ingredients for a medicine to heal his sick father and will reward you with his most prized possession...I could come up with more ideas but I'm hungry so I'm just gonna leave this here and have dinner, then see what y'all think of it when I get back.

    I am liking this idea, kinda a more MMO feel with moving NPC's that move, hell some dont even have to talk to ye (though it would be nice to hear what they have to say) and just you know be around make it more lively~
