    Beware that you have to look extremely carefully. It's a blue-ish colour and blends in with the floor really well.

    Alright so its in a corner and its blue... I swear I've scanned every corner at least 5000 times lol. Gonna have to look again. Thank you!

    Try the top left corner of the map, it blends in well

    The star particles are extra small!!
    It is in the the top left corner, so be sure to f3 on the ground and kinda "sniff out" the journal :D
