Preset Trouble

    Hello, terribly sorry if this question is in the wrong place, I was unsure.

    Anyway, I am having a spot of trouble with my preset. You see, all I get when I go to check in-game is a white model, and I am not entirely sure where I went wrong.

    Did you accidentally misname a file? Your coding looks correct, and I went to compare it to my own to see.

    All the files seems named correctly. Save for the codes for the fur texture and the names, the code appears the same.

    I went and fixed all the files and in the in-game character name to ali to see if a misspelled character name were the issue. I will have a white character model. Unless I screwed up my own username, I am not sure the issue.

    The fact that the template file doesn't have a file ending means you have those turned off, so the .material and .png should probably be deleted from the other two files

    What Myz said, just remove .material and .png from the end of the names on those files and it should work.

    I'm now having this problem, I had my plug unplugged from my stupid at&t thing I just got it back it, but now mine are white too, it's weird o_o

    I never understood the 'remove .png & .material' i mean it wouldn't even be a file. Plus it only made matters worse fore me.
    I'd start by putting the template elsewhere form your preset and make a folder to organize ye work named: shatteredsoul_alistair
    Just like that and put the Correct files in it. After that I'd say to retype the coding OR replace the .materiel file with a new one.
    These are options that have actually worked for me, as well as the renaming bit, you are on the right track. :)

    You can't really just say "Mine is all white i have tested every thing can fix it plz help me" If you don't show us the coding, if we don't see that then how can we help?

    My bet is you having a typo in your code but without seeing anything I can't really say.
